Important
Note where Space is a Premium
The standard configurations
for ACCENT studio furniture have 30" deep side pedestals. This
is because the tabletops feature a 5" overhand around all
sides. For studios where space is a concern, the pedestal overhang
can be eliminated and the pedestal returns can be as little as
24". This reduces the width of the studio by as much as a foot.
Contact the factory with your studio design and we will consult
with you about how ACCENT can meet your exact studio space needs.

Single
Pedestal Console Table
This configuration
works well for small studios where limited deskspace and rack
space
is
required.

Dual
Pedestal Console Table
This configuration
works well for news rooms, production studios, and other areas
where a lot of equipment rack space is desireable.

Short
'L' Studio
This configuration
is the equivalent of a secretarial desk with a return and
works well in smaller spaces.

Long
'L' Studio
This configuration
works well where an 'L' shape fits against a wall or a counter
space is needed.

Short
'U' Studio
This configuration
is excellent for medium sized studios which need table space
and pedestal equipment rack cabinets.

Unbalanced
'U' Studio
This configuration
is the most popular design and meets most studio requirements.

Long
'U' Studio
This configuration
works well for larger studios.

Punch
Block Wiring Cabinet
The “Punch Block Cabinet” is
designed to house wiring and punch blocks (if used). It can
also be used simply
as a wire channel to conveniently hide console and source
gear cabling. The front and rear panels are removable with
four screws to provide easy access.

Pedestal
Table Knee Well
At times it is
desirable to replace a pedestal cabinet with a knee well
so that the operator can use certain types of
tabletop equipment. The standard ACCESS knee well width is
26". The addition of a 26" knee well adds 7" to
the overall length of the pedestal return. Other widths are
optionally available.

Side
Interview Tables (11" overhang)
The 11" overhang
is the standard depth for executive conference desks. Other
depths can be created by changing the table depth.

Rear
Interview Table (11" overhang)
The 11" overhang
is the standard depth for executive conference desks. Other
depths can be created by changing the table depth.

Circular
(48") Interview Table
The circular interview
table seats 2-3 guests comfortably. Because it is self supporting,
it can be placed anywhere it is convenient along the edges
or corner of the studio. The optional 24" diameter mic riser
attractively manages mic
booms and
wiring.

Tabletop
Equipment Rack Pods
The tabletop equipment
rack pod attractively houses tabletop electronic equipment
and wiring. The pod is available in several standard heights
and any custom height. The rear access door can be chosen
with a magnetic touch latch closure or two screw style.

Custom
configurations
The nature of the
metal and panel structure of ACCENT studio furniture is that
it can be easily reconfigured for custom studio layouts.
Contact the factory with your design goals and Arrakis will
create a custom version of ACCENT to meet your exact needs.
