On-Site Training offered to our

Digilink-HD, New~Wave Pro & Digilink-Xtreme customers

Can't visit us? We'll visit you! Offered with our Digilink-HD, New~Wave Pro and Digilink-Xtreme software, you may schedule us to visit your station for a 3 day training. These trainings require a 3 day minimum at $1,000 per day. Travel, hotel & food expenses must be covered as well.

On-site classes are offered regularily and typically require a 1 month advance notice. Trainings may be scheduled Mon-Sat excluding holidays.

Trainings only cover the software portion of the automation systems and wiring & networking must be setup prior to the visit. It also does not cover any 3rd party software.

What to do once your training is scheduled:

1) Get wiring completely setup

2) Get 3rd party software setup to work with our software

3) Get Windows Network setup between On Air & Production PC's

4) Add audio files to On-Air & Production PC's

Our customer support staff is able to help with every step of this process and the reason we encourage these steps to be done prior to the visit is so that we can cover more material in our visit.
