Phone Training Session offered to our Digilink-HD, New~Wave Pro, New~Wave, New~Wave Lite & Digilink-Xtreme customers

 

Can't visit us? We can log on to your PC and visit you!  As part of the Digilink-HD, New~Wave Pro, New~Wave*, New~Wave Lite* and Digilink-Xtreme program, you are entitled to receive FREE customer support from our friendly trained staff. Specifically, we offer FREE Phone Training Sessions. These phone training sessions are extremely helpful in getting you acquainted with the different screens within the software and the basic operations. They typically last from a half hour to as much as 2 hours depending on your needs. It is excellent for getting your toes wet and helping you to get started with the program.

 

How it typically works is:

 

STEP 1: fill out the appointment request form with a day that you and your staff can do the training. Our support staff is available Mon-Fri, 9am to 3pm MST (excluding major holidays).

STEP 2: once we have setup the appointment we will email you GoToMyPC instructions so that we may log on to your PC

STEP 3: at the time of our appointment we will log on to your PC and give you a call

STEP 4: we will first review the different screens of the automation software and explain the different functions and buttons

STEP 5: this time is also a great time for questions. So be sure to write down any questions that you may have ahead of time

STEP 6: we will then setup your Air Schedule as well as create a basic template for your schedules. This part is extremely helpful even if you are using a 3rd party traffic software

 

*New~Wave & New~Wave Lite customers are entitled to only 30 minutes of free training/setup.
