APEX

There are 2 different payment options for the APEX, each has its own warranty:

 

Monthly / Yearly Users

Harmony Sound Card & Harmony Switcher - Limited Warranty

To replace a damaged or defective Harmony Sound Card or Switcher, it will cost a flat repair fee of $50. Shipping UPS Ground is an additional $50, which includes a return slip for the return of the damaged or defective hardware. UPS Next Day is an option for $180 instead of the $50 UPS Ground shipping (US only [48 contiguous states only], contact Sales to get pricing for Alaska, Hawaii, or any international order).

 

The replacement order will be processed within the next Arrakis business day and shipped if it is in stock. The replacement unit may be new or refurbished.

 

The damaged/defective hardware must be returned within 21 days, or a per unit charge of $400 will be applied.

 

This program does not cover any costs or losses associated with labor or materials from customer's employees or 3rd party services.

Digilink-HD & Digilink-Xtreme

There are 2 different payment options for Digilink-HD & Digilink-Xtreme, each has its own warranty:

 

Monthly / Yearly Users - Replacement of a defective PC 'Bridge' hardware is free during the period of the program. If the PC ’Bridge‘ fails for any reason, it will be replaced. The replacement order will be processed within the next Arrakis business day and shipped if it is in stock. The replacement unit may be new or refurbished. The customer must return the defective unit in the box the replacement arrived in. The defective unit must arrive at the factory within 2 weeks or the customer will be charged the current list price for the unit.

 

This program does not cover any costs or losses associated with labor or materials from customer's employees or 3rd party services. Lightning damage or 'acts of God' are not covered in the warranty.

 

 

Digilink-Xtreme (Buyout) - Replacement of a defective PC 'Bridge' hardware is free for the 1st year after purchase. If the PC 'Bridge' fails for any reason during the initial year, it will be replaced. The replacement order will be processed within the next Arrakis business day and shipped if it is in stock. The replacement unit may be new or refurbished. The customer must return the defective unit in the box the replacement arrived in. The defective unit must arrive at the factory within 2 weeks or the customer will be charged the current list price for the unit.

 

This program does not cover any costs or losses associated with labor or materials from customer's employees or 3rd party services. Lightning damage or 'acts of God' are not covered in the warranty.

Troubleshooting

You may contact the customer support department for troubleshooting any problems that you may be experiencing. The support department charges $100 per incident. You may request support by filling out this form and either emailing or faxing the form back to the support department:

 

Training

New~Wave customers are entitled to 30 minutes for computer configuration and setup. Additional training time may be purchased for $50 per half hour. Please fill out this form if you would like additional training.

 

Computer Configuration

You have the option of letting the customer support department configure and clean up your On Air PC for a $35 charge. Please fill out  form and either email or fax it back to the support department.
