Automation
Software Engineer
Design software for our automation division. We are looking for coders with experience in multiple programming languages and software. Five years of experience and a college degree are required. Experience in the radio industry or with radio automation software is appreciated. Must also have working knowledge of HTML, FBML, JAVA, and other internet-based languages.
Tech / Software Tester
Provide technical support for our automation software and hardware. Must have experience with PCs and a proficient understanding of Windows operating systems. Customer service experience is appreciated but not required. Experience in the radio industry and with automation systems is appreciated. A positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and the capability to train over the phone and in person are required. This position requires inbound and outbound calls/emails to our current customers and involves helping with the development of automation software, requiring creativity and energy. Opportunities for management and expanded responsibilities are possible and based on performance.
Sales
Involved in the sales and marketing of our automation products. Three years of sales experience are required. A business degree and experience in the radio industry are appreciated. This position requires inbound and outbound calls/emails. Marketing experience with the Internet, social networking, websites, and magazines is required. Must also have the ability to work well at national and international conventions, which may require presentations to large groups. Extensive knowledge of the product will be required, including the ability to provide support and train new customers. Knowledge of competitors' products and features will also be required.
Consoles & AoIP
Electronic Assembly
Through-hole soldering and board manufacturing/assembly. Five to ten years of experience are required, with the ability for component recognition. Quality, accuracy, and a desire for perfection are required. Attention to detail is a must. Must work well with others, learn quickly, and have a positive attitude. May need to do mechanical assembly as well.
Mechanical Assembly
Assemble frameworks and boards for our console & automation lines. Two to ten years of experience are required, with the ability for component recognition. Quality, accuracy, and a desire for perfection are required. Attention to detail is a must. Must work well with others, learn quickly, and have a positive attitude. May need to do electronic assembly as well. Must have the ability to lift over 50 pounds for short periods of time.
Final Test Tech
Provide quality control for all outgoing hardware, including consoles, switchers, wiring, and other hardware. Will work with digital, AoIP and analog consoles & equipment. Must have the ability to read and fully understand a schematic, as well as perform component-level diagnostics. A positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and the capability to train over the phone and in person are required. Attention to detail and a demand for perfection are a must. This position also requires helping with the development of console products, requiring creativity and energy.
Electronic Service Tech
Provide customer support for digital and analog consoles & equipment. Must have the ability to read and fully understand a schematic, as well as perform component-level diagnostics. A positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and the capability to train over the phone and in person are required. Attention to detail and a demand for perfection are a must. This position requires inbound and outbound calls/emails to our current customers and involves helping with the development of console products, requiring creativity and energy.
Sales

Administrative
Accounting
Prepare timely and accurate financial information, including but not limited to financial statements, general ledgers, journal entries, supporting work papers, and management reports. Prepares monthly financial statements. Prepares detailed balance sheet analysis and operations analysis on a monthly basis. Prepares invoices for dealers and customers. Five to ten years of experience and experience with Peachtree are required. Must have a working knowledge of taxes, accounting laws, and principles, as well as all of our products and policies. Attention to detail is required. A college degree is required.
Bookkeeper & HR
Works with customers, purchase orders, and other needs. Will also handle filing, paperwork, and other in-house operations. Two to three years of experience are required. Responsibilities include answering telephones/emails, generating reports, making deposits, creating log reports, contacting delinquent accounts, and other important tasks. Will also be responsible for human resources tasks. Management is a possibility and is based on performance.
Purchasing
Place orders for parts and equipment for all hardware and software products. Five to ten years of experience are required. Must have the ability to read and fully understand a schematic, as well as perform component-level diagnostics. Must have a working knowledge of components and their functions. Attention to detail and accuracy are required. Must be able to work with in-house software and Windows OS.
Shipping & Receiving Department
Prepare and package parts and automation/console/AoIP products. Will work with InstaPak dispenser. Must have the ability to recognize components and products. Attention to detail and precision are required. One to two years of experience are required. Must have the ability to lift over 50 lbs for long periods of time.
