The first year of customer support is included for those who own the APEX, Digilink-HD or Digilink-Xtreme automation system. Additional training, or support may cost extra after the initial year.

New~Wave & New~Wave Lite customers are entitled to 30 minutes for a free phone training, computer configuration and setup. Additional training time may be purchased for $50 per half hour. Please fill out this form if you would like additional training. Limited email support is also provided.
